1. After i paid RPRF online, where can I send the Proof of Payment?
2. For passport request ba pwedeng ako n lng mgdala ng passports nmin lhat sa vfs as nasa pinas cla ng stay,,need ko ba dlin with me pp nila here overseas?
3. After medical, san ko n mkikita if received n nila med result?
4. Sa mga ngpamedical sa st lukes global, ni require b kyo mgpavaccine?any preferred dr?

1. Isesend mo yun s email ad n mkikita mo s instruction...then pag nagpassport request ka n isasama mo yun s pagpasa ng passport
2.Tama b pagkaintindi ko? Nsa abroad ka po tpos mga dependent mo nand2 s pinas?
3. Mkikita nyo po yun s ecas
4. Pagkaalam ko d n kailangan ng vaccince at age of 40yrs old...pagpunta nyo po s st.lukes global sila n bahala s nyo pra s medical nyo...

Yes OFW ako,,need ko po ba kunin passports nila kc may nabasa ako na dapat sabay sabay pagpasa ng passports..

Ask ko lng po sana... Yung my mga PRC ID hlolder o yung my license (engr, architect, accountant...) need p iparedribbon yung certification nun sa DFA? Ihohonor po b ng Manitoba Canada yun?

Ask ko lang po sana sa mga nakapagpasa na sa CIC ng papers kung ung result nung IELTS ay dapat po ba nakasealed at hindi bubuksan pag nag submit po?

Ask ko din po sana if nagpabayad po muna then ung receipt is kasama sa application papers n ipapadala?

Please help po.

REG IELTS results....hindi po naka sealed...take it as a simple attachment(ung photocopy).
REG PAYMENT: i used a bank draft kc....so when i submit the payment form..
Naka attach dun ung check(as bank draft). Then, the confirmation of payment or the receipt comes along with the UCI/EP#.

Mura na yun since next month na ang lipad mo. Schedule ka na ng PDOS and COA/CIIP before you leave, I think they will really help you, and you can ask questions there.

Thanks Bellaluna...slamat po s mga link n nashare nyo po...ask ko din po sana,meron nkasama n s envelope ko yung dapat mag undergo ako ng "medical surveillance " after ko dw mag enter sa canada pumunta dw ako agad sa medical authority ng province within 30days surveillance.Meron po ksi akong "scar" s lungs which is inactive TB dw.. my alam po kayong anong ggwin dun? worst thing scenario what if nging active TB? papauwiin ako s pinas?

Ganun din relative ko. Tumawag siya sa public health to report right after landing. Ontario rin siya, so Google mo na lang yung public health nearest sa yo sa Manitoba. If you're settling in Canada for good, they will call you back to do the surveillance. Pero sa relative ko, since short landing lang siya, pinatawag lang siya ulit just before returning to the Philippines.
Hindi ka na dapat pinapasok ng Canada kung active TB.
