Ang Non regulated occupation po ay mga profession na dn kailangan dumaan pa sa regulatory body for licensing or registration pr ma practice ang profession sa Canada kung yung profession na iyon po ang balak na maging trabaho doon.
Gusto ko po malaman yung complete question jan sa form pr masagot natin ng tama.

Pasensya n po but i have ankther question, ano po ba ung pwedeng isubmit as proof of ownership for example real estate. Kelangan pa po ba hingin yun sa developer? Thanks!

Proof of Ownership = Land Title na nakapangalan sayo tapos po kailangan ipaasses mo din para makuha ang latest market value nya. Ganyan ang ginawa ko sa Real State property ko. Kung nasa subdivision ka eh pwede ka humingi ng copy ng Land Title mo.

Hi Aedan, no need to secure proof na english ang ginagamit as medium of instruction.as long as written in english yung employment cert mo then acceptable na un.

Yes.if ang diploma (with english translation) and transcript is written in English di na kailangan ng cert of english language

Magandang araw po sa inyo. Kapag po non regulated ay ibig pong sabihin na hindi napo kailangan ng lisensya sa canada para sa trabaho na iyong pinili. Sagutan niyo lang po ng natural. Halimbawa po paano magiging marketable ang resume niyo. Kailangan ay ayusin ang format ng resume na akma sa canada. Magresearch sa lahat ng mga jobsites at pag aralan kung ano ang mga requirements nila. Bago kapa pumunta ng canada, maari po kayong mag upgrade ng skills. Mag enroll sa mga technical courses at kumuha ng mga certifications. Dagdagan niyo nalang po. Ito po ay katanungan nila para po maging mabilis ang pagkuha niyo ng trabaho sa canada at makapagsettle. Sana po ay nakatulong ako.

I agree with shoot....if non regulated ang profession mo,what steps have you taken in preparation of getting a job immediately when you arrive in canada...he answered you questions already.

If your sponsor is a close relative, you have to show proof of relationship such as birth cert or marriage contract of your sponsor and/or birth cert/marriage contract of parents, depends on how you are related to each other.

Anyway, what is your relationship with your sponsor? Close relative or a friend?

Hello rosy cheeks. thanks for the reply, I sent my Birth Certificate and marriage certfiacate ni mama and papa at ung birth certificate ng Pinsan ko po and ung BC ni Uncle ko po.hehehe,.My mga Affidavits p pong kasama kasi my mga clerical errors ung mga birth certificate and marriage cert po. ok n po b un n attachments para sa Settlement plan Plart 2? and anung email po pla isesend ung Settlement plan part 2? thanks
