I also had that issue... apparently there's no form to fill-up when you pay online. Only a receipt will be available. I just attached a letter to CIC stating that no form appeared and I included all the required informations stated in the guide that are supposed to be provided thru the form.
I also have a friend who did the same.

I paid the RPRF already. I am positively hoping that it will be helpful for the steady flow of my PR application. I have a friend who did the same as she was advised by her supporter to do so.

mejo confused po kasi ako

Education - Years of formal education - less than 10, 10 years and 12 years ang choices. Total years of secondary education (high school) at Total years of post-secondary education (after high school). Ang secondary po satin HS di po ba? sa kanila po ba elem-HS un? ano po ba ang pipiliin ko?

then sa Education History College lang po ba ang ilalagay ko? Kasi pag nilagay ko naman po ang elem and HS info ko pagdating sa drop down list for "Program completed" ang choices lang po are 10 yrs secondary, 12 years secondary, post secondary incomplete, less than 1 year post secondary, 2 years post secondary, 2 or more years post secondary, doctorate at master's degree.

And ano po ba ang mga need attach na documents for education? Need pa po ba include ang mga OJT?
Another query po sa "Language Ability" sa Language Scores po.

Kunin ko po ba muna ang equivalent ng IELTS result ko based on CLB?

Example:

Language scores
Overall 7 Using IELTS calculator provided sa website.

Listen IETLS - 7.5 Equivalent from CLB is 8 so I put 9

Read IETLS - 5.5 Equivalent from CLB is 6

Write IETLS - 6.5 Equivalent from CLB is 8

Speak IETLS - 6.0 Equivalent from CLB is 7

Then English self-assessed score - 18 (based po sa Language Self-assessment Chart) Using CLB Calculators provided for IELTS sa http://www.immigratemanitoba.com/mpnp-for-skilled-workers/language/.

I'm finalizing my docs for CIC. Pero I'm a little confused dun sa photos. The primary applicant should have 6photos as well as mga dependents. Then ang nalakagay dun sa Checklist is on the back of the 5 photos indicated ang name, date of birth ng nasa picture at date kung kelan ka napicturan. Then leave the 6th photo blank. And then meron din naka indicate naman sa guide na name ng nasa picture, date of birth, name and address ng photography studio.

Pano po ba ilalagay dun kasi mejo nalilito ako kung panu yung pag fill-up ng photos eh. Sana po may makatulong sa akin.

Also, anung courier po ginamit nyo pagpapadala ng docs para sa CIC. Salamat po!

ako ang sinunod ko ung nasa article mismo ng cic(photo specs) not in the document checklist.
i used fedex, it cost me around php 1400. 4 to 5 days andun na and you can track kung san location na yung docs mu...nakakatuwa =) ....... namasyal pa ata yung fedex plane =) ...... fromm pasay city- guangzhou china-subic philippines--taiwan-anchorage, alaska--memphis tennessee--Alberta canada-Nova scotia, canada.....

nalito din ako jan sa first query mo but lemme check my docs if i still have it.......
get a copy of your grades kung saan ka nag elementary, then form 137A and diploma sa high school and transcript of records/diploma for college...regarding ojt certificates? kung nasa timeline mu yun kindly send the certificates. basta anything will support (or will prove)your statement o declaration

Hi sa natatandaan ko sa years of education sinama ko yung elementary ko na 6 years plus 4 years sa highschool then 5 years sa college kaya total 15 years kaya 2 0r more years of post secondary education

tapos sa Language Ability naman based sa CLB (IELTS calculator) ang total band score mo is 6.0 check mo na lang yung equivalent points ng 6.0

Hi,

I sent 6 photos with the 6th pc. blank. I wrote all the required info at the back of the rest of the 5 pictures using a very good ballpoint pen.

Don't forget to follow the new required photo sizes.

I chose DHL as my courier service provider - Nov. 8, 2015 sent from the Phils., then Nov. 13, 2015 received by CIO - NS.

Hi guys!

Anyone here a nurse as their intended occupation? I have heard that nurses are not a priority in the MPNP that's why my cousin's application is still on the status "assessment pending" compared to Jul 2014 applicants who were granted LOAs this December 2015.

Any comments on this? Thanks!

I'm not a nurse, but really, it takes a looooooooong while from "pending" to assessment complete.... I submitted my MPNP application Feb. 2014 and only got my nomination last October 30, 2015.... imagine that....

Thanks Go North.. but at least now you're in CIC stage already and I'm happy for you. when I'm looking at your application's progress, it just remind me that I should never lose hope. if it's meant to be, God will always find its way.. MPNP Nomination for CIC received ............ Dec. 08, 2015 (dated 11/30/2015)
sent application to CIC ............ January 08, 2016
application received by CIC ............... Jan. 14, 2016 (based on fedex tracking system )
