We finally received our LOA!!! ))
What is the usual time from sending the application to CIC -> Medical Exam -> getting the VISA?
On the CIC website it says 12 months? Isn't that too much?

Btw, I just realised I never wrote our timeline:

Application Type: General
Application Submitted: MPNP office in Winnipeg
Date Submitted: January 13, 2012
AOR Received: May 30 (dated May 18, 2012)
Sponsor interview: September 20, 2012
LOA received: October 6 (dated September 30, 2012)

Now, let's hope CIC will be faster than 12 months stated on their website

eto na ang status ko sa eCAS..

"A decision has been made on your application. The office will contact you concerning this decision." and my HOME address was changed to Winnipeg Manitoba..

tapos na ako sa medical last JUNE pa.. binigay ko passport ko sa embassy last Sept 13.

should I expect my passport to arrive soon?

my cuzin told me that she submitted the SP2 last august, i got my AOR for my online application last July 2012 and she sent the SP2 that was required from her and she submitted it first week of August at the immigration office in Manitoba. my question is, will my cousin receive a confirmation that the office have received her SP2 as endorsed by her? Im just anxious because its been three months and i still have no result abt my application/ please enlighten me.. big tnx! God bless u

Please update my timeline as on today 08-oct-2012 i have submitted additional documents by email.
and the documents are.... 1 sponsor passport and senior secondary certificate which has parents name, and certificates regarding funds from banks.

Sorry, but i have no idea about SP1 & SP2. I submitted MAS forms during the time of my application.

does it create any problems if sponsoring Manitoban relative is
1.Living in a rented accommodation since last 1 year
2.small survival job like a cashier at a petrol pump???

I mean will MPNP suspect the supporting capacity of a close Manitoban relative?

MY COUSIN GOT A CALL IN MAY 2012 TO SUBMIT THE INCOME TAX RETURN STATEMENT...THE STATEMENT WAS SUBMITTED ON 1ST JULY 2012....

SINCE THEN NO INFORMATION....DOES IT TAKE THIS MUCH LONG IN THE FAMILY SUPPORT STREAM...

As per my brother SP2, he did receive a confirmation email from Manitoba after sending his SP2 for my application.
