In the supplementary info.. I went out of the country once.. What should i put on the purpose column? Vacation or tourism? I got confused on the instruction.. Thanks

Whats the diff between zip and postal? In the us/canada its zip, other countries postal?

You can handwrite those that can't fit in the blank space for most forms except with the form having barcodes.

8. Can i put the word present on the year (2010-12-Present)? Is it ok to overlap dates for example 2010-09 to 2011-07 2010-10 to 2011-12.. Because my husband have 2 jobs during a time..
9. Typemof org. Can we just write professional? Or write professional organization? (Pardon me if you find this question stupid)
10 and 11 are we gonna leave this blank or we put n/a or none etc. ?

8. I put the present month when I filled-up the form. It's OK to overlap but NOT to account for any time period.
9. Write "professional" if the organization pertains to your profession. for ex. Murder Inc. if you're a hired-gun... joke! ;D ;D
10 Put "NONE"

Almost all the forms i filled them up using the computer except for supplementary info - travels and the background information because of the lack of space..

Is that alright?

I made a separate additional sheet for supplementary info-travels because space is not enough. I suggest you do the same.

Whichever you adopt is fine. I used computer to enter my details and printed afterwards.

Write the type of qualification obtained after completion. e.g Bachelor Degree, MBA, High School Certificate, etc.

8. Can i put the word present on the year (2010-12-Present)?
Yes you can, but if you are using computer, it will not allow you as it requires a date format. What I did was to print the form and wrote the "Present" or "To Date"

It is okay but it means one or both jobs were on part-time basis.

Write the organisation name e.g "Institute of Architect"

10 and 11 are we gonna leave this blank or we put n/a or none etc. ?

Ensure nowhere is left blank. Put "N/A" where it is not applicable to your situation.

There is no rule that specifies the method of completion. Whichever option is good for you, just adopt. If you are good with Acrobat reader (PDF) you can convert the supplementary info - travels to a format where you can fill with a computer.

The purpose should determine what to fill in there. When I was out of the country for vacation, I reported vacation there and when I was on a Business/Office assignment, I filled Business Trip.

Write 639 in Area Code... write the mobile number in Telephone portion. If birthday is Sept. 21, 1972... 21/09/72
