Guyzzzzzzzzz , need ur help... m stuckk!!

I have got an e-mail from mpnp saying:

1) Work reference letter from Company
Letter of reference must include your specific start and end dates of employment, term of employment, describe your exact position, duties and responsibilities, be on official company letterhead and signed by an authorized representative of the company, including name and title of that representative and contact information.

2) Update on settlement funds
As a general requirement, applicants should have at least CAD 10,000, plus CAD 2,000 for each dependant. You can demonstrate sufficient settlement funds by including copies of bank statement(s) and certificate(s) of deposit(s) demonstrating a clear financial history of sufficient and transferable settlement funds in your name. Joint accounts with family members not included in the application will not be considered for assessment.

For the first, my company is not providing me the letter since they provide this letter only in case I leave this company. Pls suggest what can be done in this case...

For second, I included copies of time deposits in my application joint with my mother. I have now transferred all the amount into my savings bank account. Is this fine?? I am asking this since MPNP asks for a bank history of more than 3 months. But I have put this money just two days ago... before this I created these time deposits 6 months ago... Can I show that I have transferred the same amount to my savings bank account???

1- I would suggest to ask your manager or team lead to provide you directly a reference letter and not to go through HR. I hope you have good terms with your immediate supervisor.

2- I believe if you send thm 6 months statement that would be fine. Also it does not says that you have to have your money into your account for 3 months or not. So if you have sufficient amount now than it should be ok as you are providing them with 6 months of statement.

Dear Friends,

Its almost 7 weeks now since i sent documents of PPR 1 to LVO PHEP. But still no response from them. I earlier sent email to their email id for which i got no response and its now 14th day. Last Thursday i sent CSI to them through website. and its now 4th day to it. But no response. I am really getting frustrated now. My medical is expiring on 2nd November, 2013 and passport expiring on 23 Feb 2014. My wife is also pregnant (chances) and i want to have a child now. Please friends suggest me what should i do now.

Should i contact Islamabad office. Because LVO send instructions to Islamabad office for PPR 2 and then send instructions to applicant. How should i contact Islamabad office.

Please friends guide me. I am really very worried about it.

1) Manager and leads do not have companys letter heads.. So, it will not be of any benifit.. And in my company, nobody signs for work experience as well... But i have got few proofs fr current employment..

2) I have now broken down my time deposits and included the money in my savings acct on my name only... Pls tell if this fine???

1) Manager and leads do not have companys letter heads.. So, it will not be of any benifit.. And in my company, nobody signs for work experience as well... But i have got few proofs fr current employment..

2) I have now broken down my time deposits and included the money in my savings acct on my name only... Pls tell if this fine???

I believe this is ok as they dont ask you to maintain your statements. But ask for the proof whether you have enough savings currently in your account. I think this should be sufficient. Regarding Letter, it is best to have it either by your HR if not manager or lead. Hope you will find some solution to this.......

It is sometime tough to get reference letter from current employer most especially when it has to do with immigration which ultimately means you will be leaving the organisation soon. You can ask a supervisor to do it on a plain sheet of paper but include his business card which will have all his details - name, email, phone number, designation/position, etc, and you can now do a separate letter stating the reason why your current employer will not do such a letter since it is for immigration purpose and therefore resorting to your supervisor.

Will suggest you provide all the time deposits confirmation documents to show the movement between your time deposits and savings account so as to avoid any suspicions.

I sent an email to MPNP yesterday expressing an interest in doing an exploratory visit with my family. I hope this will be the start of something wonderful and very soon I too will be telling the Great Emperor to update my status/timeline

I really do not what to break the news to you, but we are here to help, I believe that MPNP has stopped its exploratory visit, they have received enormous requests recently. As of today, they put halt on it until futher noticed. Try checking their website. The requests they will consider are those who sent on or before January 31.
