Pls I would like to clarify if it's compulsory to upload the sponsor's document on the online application or the sponsor can send it with the Settlement Plan 2.

It is necessary to upload the sponsor's documents because it is required under the "Relatives & Friends" portion of the online application.

Your sponsor needs to send again by email the same documents plus some of your personal documents (to prove relationship to you/applicant) together with SP2 upon request from MPNP which your sponsor will receive via email a few days after submitting your application.

Ah, I have a long way to go... We're only on the 1st stage.... MPNP just gave us the file# and stated in letter that they will review if the application is complete and eligible for assessment according to current program criteria...(IS THIS A PASS OR FAIL STAGE?)

This means PASS at this level... meaning your application is pre-assessed worthy of further review that's why you were assigned a file number.

>> How long will it take before they issue the LOA?
In our case,it took us almost 8months before we received AOR from MPNP from d' date of submission of the application. The online application seems faster compared to application directly submitted to MPNP office .

It VARIES actually you can click on on the "Tracking Sheet" under the signature space of Emperor's post to gauge yourself.

>>What will be the next stage before receiving LOA??
Is it submission of additional docs (if any) and d' sponsors interview?

Under normal situation after receiving AOR and File#, your sponsor will receive email from MPNP requesting filled-up Settlement Plan Part 2 plus the supporting documents (as requested in the SP2). MPNP requests for additional documents can come before and/or after that your sponsor submitted the SP2. After SP2, then the waiting game starts again for the sponsor's interview...another waiting period starts after the interview for the LOA. The coveted prize for the "first stage"!

Sorry guys i have lots of questions ....'hope u won't get tired of answering our queries... God bless!

Thanks Much Ad123164 & Emperor

Did you used "online payment"? Is processing fee and RPRF payment both available?

Yes. I chose PF and RPRF and submitted online .

Just for further clarification regarding PF and RPRF for my future reference: It means that you have included in your application package the printed bottom portion (copy 2)of the official receipt and you did not include anymore IMM 5620? Are both payments debited right away against your credit card?

Nice to know you have filed your application to CIC. I have updated your visa office but need you to confirm when the application was actually received in Nova Scotia since you actually mailed it out on the 9 February.

All the best Singh.

Hi Friends,

I have question, I read some messages here that some of the GS applicants received their AOR through email and not by snail email?? is this the new format now of the MPNP? Please enlighten me, because before some people here said that they received their AOR through mail.

Thanks.
