They asked for bank statements. I was able to provide bank certification.

I also did not provide them an IELTS exam result at that time and they did not require me to submit one. Do you think I should take a test at this time?

how long usually the confirmation should be received. i remember in the confirmation email for submitting the online application it says that wait within 48 hours for i will receive confirmation email which includes file no. my sponsor emailed the sp2 yesterday, January 9.
Another, can I be the one to do the follow up, because my sponsor instruct me to do so. they ask me to email the MPNP to confirm the receipt of the sp2 and other supporting docs. Can I do that, and if that is possible what is the email address to follow it up if not what is the number that my sponsor should call?

You should have provided them both the bank certificate and bank statement.

I really don't have any idea because I applied by mail. Yes, you may give them an email to confirm that they received the SP2.
