Firstly you should have submitted your Application along with IELTS. Beacause In the mpnp website <www.immigratemanitoba.com > It is clearly mentioned that IELTS and ESOL certificates will be considered. But Anyway Now have submitted your Application There is nothing can be done until you receive AOR (Acknowledgement of Recipt) from MPNP. Now I strongly recommend you to prepare for IELTS Exam before you receive AOR. your case officer may request you to submit IELTS while Issuing AOR. So you can send your Ielts after receiving your AOR. If MPNP do not request to submit I still sugess you to submit IELTS It will be good for your Application.I hope it Helps.

hi again guys! i did not submit ielts but i attached my english certificates from my schools & some from my work employers because my work is in category B. in case mpnp is not satisfied, will they reject (for refusal) my application directly or will they inform me first to submit ielts? i submitted my application last december 11, 2012. thanks so much & god bless.

hi tweety have concern about my application, i did not include the MAPP form because the time i mail my application to my aunt it was'nt in the checklist is there any case i got refusal?. thanks

I referred to our tracking sheet and saw that you applied under GS. In all checklist of MPNP streams including GS, MAPP is always included because it is the application form for MPNP.

I believe that it will greatly affect your application as they will not be able to fully assess it. In that form, as far as I can remember, is where you indicate your mailing address and email address which is essential for the correspondence of your application. I don't want to give you false assurance but most probably your application will be returned in 4 months time or less. But if you are lucky to have a considerate MPNP officer, it may be asked from you as additional document instead.

Most of what I read, applicants under NOC Levels A & B who did not submit IELTS upon application were asked to submit it as additional document after receiving their AORs. But it will really depend on the officer handling your application.

I checked on the tracking sheet and your name is not yet included. Can you share your timeline please.
1. Stream
2. exact date of application
3. Application by? Online, mail or MPNP Office?

Hi, we have the same case... I didnt also include IELTS and just posted a certificate from my current employer...I am just praying that if they are not satisfied, they'll just ask for it.. I guess it really depends on the reviewer ... by the way... I just sent my online application a few days ahead of you.... passed mine Dec 8th

Usually, do they ask to submit IELTS together with SP2 or after? Are they going to communicate with me through email or snail mail regarding this matter?

I suggest you ask your sponsor to call MPNP and confirm if they already received the SP2. File number is important when making a call to MPNP.

As part of the assessment process, there will be a sponsor's interview (the person who will support you and the one who will sign the Settlement Plan Part 2). Sometimes principal applicant can be interviewed as well like in my case.
