In my case..what i did is that i created the complete job description for all of my past three companies then i contacted my previous managers then i let them sign it with their contact infos..i also requested for COE on all my previous companies directly from HR.... So far i got approved by MPNP.

Current employer i just said it will be used for travel purposes(not migration).

Hello Elders ,


I received an email from mpnp asking for my final masters degree (- Final Masters Degree in Public and International Affairs from University)
I had actually send notification of result and my transcripts when i was doing the application ( family stream) back in august 2012.
Could it be that they couldn't trace the one i sent initially or the certificate which i cant lay my hand on now.
What i dont understand is the word "FINAL " and they said i must email the document before 4 december because they are about to make their decision .
I seriously need advise on what they meant by final masters degree and what to do.

Your quick response will be higly appreciated

I have already upload everything, I just need to ask regarding the "education" tab (need help especially those from the philippines)...
Need to check if what I entered is correct (my cousins are also clueless since they sent their application via mail)...


Secondary Education > Total years of secondary education (high school): 10 years? - I am assuming this includes elementary?
>>> question 1: what is the correct attachment for this? (I have uploaded my HighSchool diploma and trying to get my F-137)
>>> question 2: do I still need to upload my elementary diploma and F-137? or my HS credentials will suffice?
>>> question 3: education history - how should I indicate this? should I include grade 1 to 4th year HS (period is from 1985 to 1995???)

Hello Olusheg,

I want to believe what you sent was notification/statement of result and not a certificate signed by the Registrar and or Vice Chancellor/President of the university. Please note that there is difference between notification of results and the final degree certificate. If that is the case you will need to submit the the certificate which usually have a number and with that anybody can independently verify the authenticity of the certificate from the university.

If for any reason you cannot provide it within the stipulated time, I would suggest you get a letter from the school you graduated from stating the reason and assuring MPNP that the notification is as good as the certificate itself. Ensure the person signing the letter includes a phone number that he can be reached.

@Olusheg, if you won't be able to meet up with the deadline, I suggest you inform MPNP about the delay asap and ask for more time.

You have to put 10 years as the total years of secondary education (6 years elementary + 4 years high school)
Reply no. 1: You have to upload BOTH, HS diploma and form 137.
Reply no. 2: You have to upload BOTH, Elementary diploma and form 137.
Reply no. 3: Input June 1985 to March 1991 for Elementary and then June 1991 to March 1995 for High School

I have also a question about this situation? is it really necessary to attach the diploma from high school?? because i only submitted my diploma and transcript of records in college, and as far as i know we couldn't step to college if we didn't finish HS. But base from my transcript of records in college i double checked it and it was indicated there that I finished HS.

do you think MPNP will still ask about that??

i agree....my college TOR even says what school and year I graduated both elementary and highschool....

I know it's quite hard to reply to that question without feeling dumb or having a grin! I think that question is more applicable to relatives like cousins, aunts, uncles or those affinities by-law. I hope you will not answer like "I was introduced to her by my parents in the hospital the day when I was born or when she was born" ;D ;D ;D. "I knew her or she knew me eversince she/I was still in the womb of my mother" :D :D :D Seriously, If I'm in your situation I would answer..."We grew-up and raised by our parents together in the Philippines until she immigrated to Canada in 18XX's"

If you are applying ONLINE, the system will not allow you to submit your application with incomplete education documents (Diploma & Transcript). In my case, I was not able to upload my diploma and Form 137 for my Elementary education and my diploma for my High School Education. Majority of the documents in the Elementary school where I graduated were damaged during the Ondoy flood. They have just given me a certification letter that I have indeed studies and graduated in their school. I uploaded the same letter TWICE, one for diploma "section" and another for transcript "section". As for my HS education, I was able to upload form 137 only since my former school also does not have any copy of my diploma. I have just made a letter addressed to MPNP explaining the situation and referred to my college transcript where my previous educational data/information were also shown. I have uploaded this letter in the HS diploma "section".
