applying online is not the option for general stream.. its only available for the Family and Strategic Initiative stream, so yes if you have not rcvd AOR then you have a bright chance to continue with online option.

But please ask your relative to visit the immigration office in Winnipeg for the clarification.

ok thanks a lot to you... i have submitted our docs yesterday to our sponsor and we'll be waiting for his response too after he get back to Manitoba ... i'll keep tracking your posts and other members in this forum as these may guide me to the development of our application.
