MPNP usually do not interview applicant, mine was exceptional case do not know why they called and interviewed me.
The questions they asked me were:
1. Name, address, age of applicant.
2. Detail of dependents.
3. Details of current job
4. Education
5. Experience very detailed what I did in my various jobs and how I can see the potential of that experience alongwith education + skills in Manitoba.
6. How my sponsor is going to help me.
7. Sponsors occupation in Manitoba.
8. Information I gathered to settle in Manitoba either myself and what information my sponsor has provided me.
9. What is attracting me Manitoba?
10. My plans to settle in Manitoba.
11. Discussion / check on documents I submitted in support of my application.
The interview lasted approx 1 hour. In the end it was "NO" from them largely because they can not see my job has any opportunities in Manitoba. I was told that opportunities similar to my experience exist in Ontario etc. and I'll be more suitable for those province.
Then I confronted them with the statistics and other material from various Manitoba departments / websites, to which the person interviewing me had no answer or no knowledge. It was only because of my exceptionally good home work on Manitoba that I turned them around and got nomination.
