If one moves from Vancouver to Toronto while their application is in progress, does the application follow you to the new address?

The application will be processed by Vancouver office or Toronto?

The address was updated. I am just wondering which office will process the application, Vancouver or Toronto?

Vancouver office already invited for interview in March 2020 but was cancelled due to pandemic.

The case is sitting at decision made since 17-Feb-2021.

Please note that test is not required due to age being 55+.
