I'm a Canadian PR working in IT here with a decent salary. I'm planning to sponsor my husband to Canada but he wants to bring his parents over here as he is the only child.

1) Can he apply for Super Visa for his parents immediately after landing as a PR? Can we show my income (enough to support a family of 4) to apply for Super Visa? Or will he need to get the job first and then apply? And will Super Visa allow them to stay with us for 2 years every time they enter? (With cooling period around 3-4 months)

2) Both his parents are 60+ and had some health issues in the past. I'm looking for private medical insurance for them. I don't want them to feel stuck here after landing due to lack of medical attention. Will they be able to consult doctors and even meet specialists if needed on private medical insurance?

3) I'm not sure what to do right now. I love Canada and I'm still not ready to leave the country yet but I do feel guilty that I'm uprooting his old parents from their home though he doesn't mind supporting me. So should I move back to India after taking Canadian Citizenship for now and take an OCI( Overseas Citizenship of India) there? Will I be able to work in Private IT companies there ?
