I'll be moving out of Québec cuz I applied for the EE stream, on Marketplace there are a lot of options for a lease takeover from like May-August with possibilities of extension; I plan to stay there for real and not just move there in name and come back to Québec, will these lease takeovers be convincing enough? When are the new leases beginning from Spetember 1 typically signed? Can I move in and then convince the landlord to sign the next year's lease in advance or something like that?
