Moving out of home country after ITA

Hi,

I live in India and my husband is currently in the US. We have applied for Express Entry FSW and have received the ITA.

I am planning to move to US with my husband for a year. Can I continue with the same application or do I have to decline the offer to update my new "current address"?
If I can continue with the same application, can all my VISA stampings and biometrics be done from USA itself.
