Moved to Canada - Remote job in USA- Please advice

Hi Everyone,

I hope I can get some advice....

Me and my family did soft landing in June 2021. In July 2022, we moved to Canada permanently.
At the time of landing didn't apply for PR card or SIN.
I have applied for the PR card (online portal) few weeks ago. I can't get SIN since COPR is older than 1 year.

My employer want to transfer me to Canada but for that SIN is needed.

Q1. How long can I continue to work remotely in Canada and getting US payroll ( I have US green card and Re-entry permit applied)?

You'd just be working for a foreign employer while a permanent resident residing in Canada, which is allowed, you just have to declare that income and pay taxes.
