Mother's H&C App - Help Needed

Hi,

My mother came to Canada from Pakistan on visit visa and I applied for her PR H&C application as I am the only child. I am not eligible for parents sponsorship because I have been in Canada for 2 years only. Now her visit visa is expiring soon and I applied for her extension of stay. Now the question:

1. What if her extension is refused? Can I appeal or apply for restoration of status since she can't go back as we don't have a house or family back in Pakistan.
2. Is the only option is to Refugee to keep her here.. (I don't want to do this unless no other option since Pakistan is not a war zone)
3. Super visa is also not a good option for us since she cant keep traveling every 6 months as there is no one back in Pakistan for her stays.

What options do we have? Positive answers please.. Thanks in advance..

If she has already applied for H&C, then she can remain in Canada until a decision is made in her application.

Do I not even need to apply for her extension of stay?

If I need to apply.. what to do in case of rejection in extension application?
