Mother’s visitor visa, November 2018

Hi, everyone one !
Need your suggestions:-

As We are expecting baby in coming couple of moths therefore I would like to apply a visiting visa for my mother, kindly guide me how can I apply for it my self online ?
Firstly:- can I apply on behalf her online ? And do I need to creat her CIC account? Or I can use my CIC account ?
Secondly :- what type of documents it may require ?
Third :- Do I need to buy an insurance for her ?

You've asked this already in another thread.

1. You cannot apply for her visa yourself online. She must apply.

3. Insurance is a good idea.

Note that "helping with my son's baby" is not a valid purpose to visit Canada and will be rejected. Childcare is considered work in Canada and you must have a work visa to do childcare even if you are not being paid to do it. If this is your mother's purpose of travel she will be rejected.
