More than 3 years experience

Hi All,

Can anyone confirm whether there is any benefit to listing more than 3 years foreign work experience?

I have been in my current role for 3 years (Manufacturing manager) and the CRS tool only allows 3 years to give maximum points.

Is there any benefit to listing prior experience? I had a number of other jobs before that within the same company but they do not seem to add points.

great - so i am at 71/100 by listing 3 years experience. in my scenario, there is no point making any mention of any previous work experience and keeping my documentation simple and related only to this job?

For getting ITA, no difference, receive the same points with 3 year experience than with 10.
