More than 12 weeks delay in TRV and LOR.

Hi. I am from India and applied for my TRV in end of may 2019 after securing admission in a great Canadian university. But my TRV hasn't come in yet and my classes start from September 2019.Help please.

I applied under non SDS online. My biometrics were also completed in May end and still the portal shows application processing. Can someone share an insight on this please?
