Hi to all,
I am back with some other issue and that is to choose 2nd year course.
Express Entry, wage rate everything has been changed in only 2 months or will be changed. My course will be finished soon from Niagara college now I am confused whether to go for Vancouver or Montreal?
In BC I have to gone through express entry rule but in montreal I can file an CSQ while study and no wage rate system is applied on Quebec.

Experts suggest where to go and please correct me if I am wrong somewhere

You can study in Montreal (McGill, for example) even with no knowledge of French. Of course it's better if you have basic knowledge, but anyways, everybody in Montreal speaks English. McGill (as well as Concordia) has English as a language of instructions.

also, problem in Montreal if you don't know French is the communication outside school, even though they speak English, many people still prefer French over English.

well in montreal city u should be ok without knowing french but finding a part time job becomes difficult as well getting a skilled job is even more difficult. so even if u qualify for PR some how without knowing french ur stuck without a job in quebec till ur PR comes through. For job u need written and spoken french which is pretty difficult.
