Wow! So good thing is atleast they worked on your eligibility and set it to pass. You're second person to have eligibility pass in a month or so and no action afterwards. Looks like a general trend with Montreal. But some of our April candidates had no action on their eligibility also after 2-3 months. Makes me wonder whether your case was in Montreal to start with or got moved after Eligibility was set to recommended pass. Does your GCMS notes give any indication?

I have also ordered mine and will get by 3 Oct. Earlier, I wasn't very hopeful but now my hopes are rising to see eligibility pass in my notes. Just want to make sure my hopes are not unfounded.

My Application was not in Montreal earlier, as per the notes
my Primary office was Central Intake Office (CIO) Ottawa
Secondary was Vergrville
But later after eligibility is set to recommended pass the offices changed
Primary as Montreal Immigration office
Secondary as CIO Ottawa

aha then it makes sense. Because Montreal doesn't even touch file for first two months. Your office changed after eligibility set to pass. It actually helps in dispelling the myth that Montreal gets applications assigned where eligibility is under review. Now my hopes are back down. If my application was in Montreal to start with they may not have even touched the file.

GCMS notes - ordered Aug 10th, received Sept 10th.
Notes mentioned, Eligibility - Recommended Passes, Security - Not Started, Criminality - Not Started.
The "Recommended Passed" was dated July 9th. so they did nothing on my application until Aug 10th, when the notes were generated.

@freesoul Was your office Montreal from the start or you got assigned to Montreal after eligibility was set to pass? Can you please check your GCMS notes and let us know

Tried to update my case at MyImmiTracker but it doesn't have Montreal listed under visa office drop down. Was Montreal not a VO previously and has been added recently?

I don't know whether it is new but I also hadn't seen many cases from Montreal. Many people never inquire about the visa office or order notes but looking at the trend here my guess is many people from April / May AOR who are still in IP1 and are FSW-O candidate from USA may be stuck at Montreal.

It was assigned to the Montreal Office after being processed at the Central Intake Office, which I believe, is Ottawa.
The "Recommended Passed" was stamped by the Case Analyst at Montreal.

Thanks for sharing. Feels good that Montreal does work on eligibility. And also another proof for busting the myth that Montreal only has cases with review required. Hope this week turns out to be great for us.

Super duper congrats. Wow! This is the first PPR I have seen after I created this thread. Really good start to the week. I hope other members from April also see PPRs this week. Enjoy the moment. I hope rest of April candidates get to enjoy this moment soon.
