A IRCC officer heard you and decided you get oath within the next 3 weeks

I called them today. The operator could not access my invitation due to some technical issue. But he confirmed the time and place, and sent the required documents list by email. One of them is

• All your original documents that support your citizenship application (e.g., Immigration Record of Landing (IMM 1000) or Confirmation of Permanent Residence (IMM 5292 or IMM 5688), birth certificate, etc.),

My birth certificate and police certificate are in my home country. Is there any problem if I go without them?

Maybe I didn't received my invitation because of that technical issue, and there is a possibility that many invitations are not sent because of that.issue.

Sensible thing to do - it makes no sense to put our lives on hold for something that we have no idea when it will happen. Whenever the invitation arrives, we'll deal with it.

i believe even of you are waiting for a test invitation ... more ceremonies will help in your case.
i think there are many people waiting on queue for citizenship ceremony and Montreal office
have to deal with them then they will re-start doing the test again.
