I think its a good idea. Its time to raise the voice and let the authority know that their system have major flaw.its killing thousands of valuable working hour to those who are trying, and hence its not worthy since nobody is sure about the success :(

hello Everyone,

Through a proper channel of Canadian immigration consultancy I came to know that Mon Projet can only be beneficial to those who have command in FRENCH language. Consultants say you may be a qualified candidate when it comes to points for QSWP. But there is a factor of adaptability which can be judged by an Interview. Every shortlisted candidate have to go through an interview which will be held in HONGKONG for South Asian Region. There may be some different places for other regions. An interviewer will assess your FRENCH language ability & if you haven't this ability he will Disqualify you straight.
Consultants also say that Although there is no compulsory requirement for FRENCH written in MON PROJET REQUIRMENTS but its Obvious that's why every thing like Projet application is also in FRENCH. They say that an interviewer is expecting FRENCH ability in short listed candidates. You may get selected but will be rejected if you don't know FRENCH.

so learn FRENCH or Leave MON PROJET its up to you.

THANKYOU.

This is complete nonsense and your information is outdated. The adaptability factor was discontinued some time ago, there is usually no interview, and there is no need to learn French to be selected. The PDF guide available for Mon Projet Quebec is available in English and literally steps through field by field telling you what each one means, so even if you didn't know French it's easy to understand.

Adaptability

It is a good idea to understand how adaptability points are allocated since evaluating adaptability is the primary objective of the interview. There are a total of 6 points that can be awarded, apportioned as follows:
The applicant’s general knowledge of Quebec. This includes an understanding of the history, culture, geography, society, values and laws of the Province of Quebec.
Quality of the candidate’s overall project to immigrate to Quebec. This includes components such as knowledge of the Quebec job market and the situation of the applicant’s occupation in the province, familiarity with living expenses in Quebec and having made a budget, and any contingency plans in case things do not work out for the candidate as initially planned. For example, Fritzie plans to initially live with a friend, but also presented an alternative plan which includes a brief stay in a hotel, and then the rental of an apartment.
Language. French and English can both be important, but the emphasis is on French. When an applicant claims a higher level of French and English, more complex questions in these respective languages can be expected. The more that an applicant is able to converse in French, the more the interview will be conducted in French.

The link you have posted is from 2011 and wildly out of date. Adaptability used to be a factor but was discountinued. You are very wrong on this one and needlessly worrying everyone

Hi m585,

I was wondering if MIDI have preference over certain nationalities like UK,US,Canada or growing countries like Malaysia,Singapore etc to select immigrants.As there is no adaptability factor now so they will want immigrants from developed countries who can easily adjust to life in Quebec.What are your thoughts?

I have already gone through this link dear! The problem is, there is nowhere in the requirements it is listed that an interview will be conducted but to settle in Quebec an immigrant has to satisfy the immigration officer , it comes under if your documents are satisfied enough and you score far more points from the margin of passing score in CSQ then & only then there is no ADAPTABILITY issue but if you are marginal then Interview will must be conducted for their self satisfaction. & there it is already written that EMPHASIS IS ON FRENCH....... anyways I will never curse or assume anyone's chances like you did. I would still say BEST OF LUCK.......

CONGRATULATIONS WHO HAVE ALREADY CREATED THEIR ACCOUNT. :)
New dates of receipt of applications for skilled workers candidates

January 13, 2016 - Since its launch, the online service My Québec project was a high-traffic from candidates who wish to apply for a Quebec selection certificate under the regular program for skilled workers. To date, nearly 15,000 accounts were created, proof of the interest of many candidates who plan to immigrate to Quebec.

This may make access difficult in Quebec My project, since only a limited number of users can connect simultaneously to the platform.

In order to give candidates the opportunity to create their account and to fulfill their demand for Quebec Selection Certificate for the next period for receipt of requests, the Department announced that this period will be adapted to allow more time for candidates.

So :
• Candidates will have until January 25, 2016 to create their account in the secure space Quebec My project;
◦ after that date, it will not be possible to create a new account for the current reception period;

• Between January 26 and February 15, 2016, candidates who have an account My Québec project can access it to complete the form online Quebec Selection Certificate Application;

• As of February 16, 2016, it will be possible to submit an application and pay the required fees. The receipt of applications period will end March 31, 2016.

During this period, the Department will receive a maximum of 2,800 applications under the regular program for skilled workers. Note that the Applications must be submitted online through the secure My space Quebec project.

Recall that the candidates in hand a validated job offer or temporarily residing in Québec can submit their application at any time, except from January 25 to February 17, 2016, through My Québec project.

Candidates from other immigration programs (Program of the Quebec experience, business people, temporary and other categories) must always use the hard copy forms available on the Department's website.
