How to bring your own pocket money in canada?
can you bring cash?
what about savings from the bank? like bringing passbook?
any good international bank. with branches from toronto?
will they ask you where the money came from or not?

Open an account wid TD or scotia bank before goin there and deposit the money !!

you can take cash also but there is certain limit before you going make it clear with your agent or travel agency or you can open your account in canada from here

Can u plz explain what is TD and how can we open bank account until we not enter in Canada?

See in India u have nova scotia in Delhi and RBC in Mumbai ! These are Canadian banks which operate here and they open accounts for ppl who go to Canada ! U need a visa to open an account !! U can also speak to icici bank they have sumthin similar !!! U can also use travellers cheque or a foreign currency demand draft and also a forex card !!! U can carry sum cash as well 2-3k cad

What about the hsbc bank? they said we can make a canadian dollar deposit account.
What about the passbook will they look at that and check it? and question you?

Nobody's gonna question u if its in ur account bank may question u if u bring cash to deposit, have ur PAN no handy !! If it's check it's fine !!!
