Mom's TRV Application, what's next??

Hi There, Here is my timeline: Visa Office: Philippines

Submitted online application : May 15, 2019
Biometric Collection Letter : May 16, 2019
Correspondence Letter : Today June 18, 2019

My question: it is positive result when u get the Correspondence letter? It means we will get a visit visa soon? By the way, I am a PR in Canada married with Canadian and it is our first time to apply for my Mom to visit.

The letter doesn't really mean much. If medical is requested & passed it's a good sign but still not a guarantee.

about the confirmation of her Biometric and the expiration for 10yrs.
