Mom from Ukraine work visa permitted to travel?

Hi. Our mom came here last year from Ukraine because of the war. She was given a work permit to work here with foil less visa. We would like to take her to Mexico in the start of 2024. How would we go about that. Thanks for your help!

To the best of my knowledge, she would need to apply for a TRV just like any other work permit holder. The TRV is what will allow her to return to Canada. You should post any further questions to the Foreign Workers section of the forum since this isn't related to family sponsorship.
