Modifying express entry profile information after ETA

Hi Guys,

Would I be able to modify details from my express entry profile after I get an ETA? Specifically, I entered random data for the ECA report, so I would be able to submit my profile. Would I be able to update it with the correct info when I get the report?

You mean after ITA?

No, you can't. The ECA information needs to be complete and accurate before you receive ITA.

Without the ECA and IELTS, you cannot enter the pool. Simple.
Misrepresentation could lead to a five-year ban.

If you have received ITA at this stage, it is best to reject the invitation. Get accurate reports and update your profile. Proceeding with the current application will lead to complications/rejection.

Thanks much. I removed the info from the profile before the last draw. I'm now waiting for the ECA to be completed.
