Me and my partner notarized Statutory Declaration of Common Law Union and we noticed there is small mistake on section where its asking when we started common law in “from, to” section. “From” is fine but the “to” is wrong because we wrote down yesterdays date but its supposed to be same date as when it got signed and it was today. What should we do?

We didn't fill the "to" at all as we continued to live together. This was notarized in Canadian Embassy with no comments.
But in either case, I think with one day difference (if you have indeed lived together for more than a year) will not affect you.
