Hi all!
It looks like I have submitted my spouse's IMM5406E form with a mistake. I'm not sure because I have a representative and there is a small chance that they did it correctly. I'm in progress of clarification, but meantime may be someone of experts can share their opinion.
So the matter is: I got my spouse's name in the "A" section shortened somehow, instead [Firstname Lastname/Firstnameinnativelang Lastnameinnativelang] I sent [Firstname Lastname/Firstnameinnativelang Lastnamein]. In other words her last name transcribed natively turned to be not full.
So I'd like to know if this type of mistakes can be a reason for case rejection even if I will send them an updated version of the form.
Dear All, please advise. Thanks in advance.
PS. My timeline is in my signature.
