Mistake made in IMM1295e - Biometrics letter

Hello!
I made a mistake in IMM1295e form, in the citizenship field, and did not realized about it until I received the Biometrics collection letter in which the citizenship was incorrect. I sent a webform already but I havent receive any update yet, and even if the error is updated by the system, how can I ask to resend a new biometrics collection letter since with the one that I received I cannot present to the agency to collect my fingerprints because the data is incorrect?

You will have to wait for them to respond. 7-10 business days is the standard turn around time for CIC to reply these days. Good luck.

There was a typo in my husbands name so it took 3 weeks for ircc to get it fixed so yesterday it was fixed finally and now since we already got biometrics letter i am wondering when are they going to send me a new biometrics ?

Hey im going through the same process! My husband got his biometrics and they had spelled his name wrong! I sent an email to IRCC 5 days ago and didnt hear anything back! Did your husband get his biometrics done again? And how long did they took to fix the name ??please help!!

May 1 we sent a webform for the name change May 6 received email that they have transfer my request and May 27 which was 4 weeks in total it got fixed . Also May 21 we submitted another webform saying we r unable to do the biometrics I didn’t hear so far because we need a new biometrics with corrected name

No waiting for it my husband already have an appt for June 10 and he will try to do it with the wrong one and see if they accept it he has to go india from afg to do them so hope they accept ircc agent said u could try if they accept cuz uci application number and ircc number is there so they shouldn’t have a prblem

Help.
I am from India. I have received my student permit for September 2019 intake and now applied for Open work permit for my wife on CIC.
But the strange thing happened, I received Biometric instructions letter under my name instead of my wife's name.
I have already sent the web form regarding this 1 week back, but have not received anything yet.
What should I do now ? Can anyone guide me ?
