Mistake by CIC

Dear all!

I have received a letter from CIC with a request to provide IMM5406 form with Additional Family Information, however, the email that is stated on the CIC form where I need to send my additional documents is incorrect! I have tried to send my documents to the email written on the CIC form, but it belongs to a different organization. I was given 7 days to submit everything and now running out of time to send everything on time (Due date is May, 8th, 2017). Does anyone know what to do in this type of situations? Maybe someone has sent some documents directly to CIC officers and could be so kind to share it with me? :'( :'( :'(

p.s. I have already sent an inquiry through CIC website help center, but I am afraid it will take them too long to reply...

Have you also sent a CSE (Case Specific Enquiry) through eCas (or whatever it's called now)?

aren't document requests submitted through MyCIC now, not by direct email? i also recommend sending a case specific enquiry to know for sure.

perhaps you can copy/paste the request you received without your personal information so we can be more helpful.

Jes_ON, I am in Russia at the moment so cannot contact CIC via their phone number . I have applied for PR and was waiting for their decision on my application and now have this issue with providing additional required info.

What makes you say the email address belongs to a different organization? What's the address?
