Our app is in CPC Missisauga.

PA Italian, residing in UK. Originally sent app to Sydney NS, but received all correspondence from CPC-M.

PA should get email for PPR soon.

not everyone gets pre arrival services. some people just only get PPR.

If PA is Italian, you will not receive PPR as people with Italian Citizens does not require Visa to enter Canada. You should receive COPR directly.
Call 1-888-242-2100 to confirm.

Outland application from the US submitted April 27th and we just got my husbands PPR. I am at work trying to hold my shit together but just want to break down with happiness.

PPR refers to Passport request but when PA is from Visa exempt country they only send biographical page and 2 photos(some call this PPR, some of us don't) and they get COPR in mail. And my earlier comment "they get COPR directly", from that I meant they don't have to submit Passport for stamping thus receiving COPR directly.
