Guess they finally decided I'm not a threat to Canada...just got PPR email 15 min ago. Not if they can be speedy in Ottawa to issue COPR I'll be able to start working shortly!
Oh wow! Finally! Just about the time, huh! Congratulations :)

just got my husband to phone in this morning and found out that our file was transferred to Hong Kong for processing. Our ECAS was just changed to "in process" last week and a new line of "we started processing your application on January 29th 2018" was added two days ago. I thought we would get DM soon, but now I guess it's more waiting. I am having at least a little bit of hope as I have read somewhere that Mississauga office does not issue the CoPR? Can someone confirm this?

I checked my ECAS yesterday and found that my case status updated from "Application Received" to "In Process", and today, just out of my curiosity, I checked my ECAS again, and it has been updated to "Decision Made", that is totally unexpected. So, I guess I am about inch away from the finish line.

My Time Line is below:
Application Received: Sep. 13, 2017
AOR1: Oct. 21, 2017
PCC & Schedule A Req.:Oct.21, 2017
SA: Nov. 23,2017
Med. Req.: Nov. 23, 2017
ARO2: Nov. 28, 2017 - CPC-Mississauga
IP: Jan. 30, 2018
DM: Feb.1, 2018
---------------------------------------------------------Finish Line------------------------------------------------------
Just received a call from my lawyer to ask me to send the passport to him and told us that my case has been approved and our PPR has been sent to him.
Officially I am graduated, YAY!!!

Congrats! Did your application stayed in Mississauga? Or did it get transferred to a different VO?

We got our email saying to send our photos to London VO today, and if visa exempt we don' need to send passport? Has anyone else gone through London just checking if I'm right in what I have to send! Just so glad finish line is so near

Yes, my case was fully processed by CPC-Mississauga. I didn't call them, so I don't know for certain. Based on the posts I read here that I knew CPC-Mississauga didn't issue PPR, and I guess my application was transferred to Ottawa at some point for finalizing my application and issuing me PPR. Actually my lawyer did say just now that he received PPR from Ottawa.

And I answered your concerns in HK VO thread. And my wild guess is that they transferred your application to HK VO to finalize your application and to issue the PPR.
