Mississauga is appears to be pretty slow these days.
Oct-Nov applicants are still waiting for tests. My file was transferred to Mississauga office in early May from Sydney office which received my application on Jan 3. No news

Guys, Still no news about app. processing at Mississauga office. Looks like we will be playing waiting game here. I have seen fellas who even got their Citizenship in about 6 months through Mississauga office. I thought Mississauga is the fastest one so far, but I guess I was wrong.
I know it's annoying and frustrating, but all we can do is keep our fingers cross and hope for the best. Please update us, if anyone of you have any update. ;D

I saw some movement today in our group ... DECEMBER 2013 .... two guys got test invite in this month.
1.We received your application for Canadian citizenship (grant of citizenship) on December 11, 2013.
2.We sent you a letter acknowledging receipt of your application(s), and a study book called Discover Canada on December 11, 2013. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us.
3.We started processing your application on February 21, 2014.
4.We sent you a notice on July 8, 2014 to appear and write the citizenship test on July 22, 2014 at 7:45 AM. The notice you will receive by mail will be your official confirmation of your appointment. If you have not received this notice prior to the date of your scheduled appointment, please contact us.

Mississauga office seems to have been bogged down with the recently opened and now closed Parent's & Grand Parents category. They processed and sent AOR's for 5,000 approved applicants over the past couple of months. God knows how many applications they actually received. Just my 2 cents...
My application has been "In Process" since March 6th and have not heard anything back as yet. I've seen a couple of people who applied after me who have gotten their exam dates and a couple who even have had their oaths!!!
