Thanks very much for your help. I just did that . I have other question, does the webform differs from calling help center. Because I called the help center two months ago and they told me that my application is in Mississauga office but without any further information. What do I mean by that, when I submit the webform , people who will reply have more access about my file and can put a note for example or call the IRCC office in Mississauga and get further details about my application status. Your help will be always appreciated.

No, it’s the same as calling IRCC, they won’t do anything and the answer has even less details - the only good part is you don’t have to keep trying and waiting to get someone to take your call

App received: Nov29 ; InProcess : Feb07; No news after that. I sent a web form inquiry asking for an update as its more than 6 months from application date. They replied via email that In process at the Mississauga office.

Well congratulation to your wife. I don’t understand why we have to remind IRCC about our application the same thing happened to me after sending them a webform inquiry 2 weeks after I got Oath Invite it’s like someone is sleeping on the job.

Only in Mississauga applicants need to cling on to hope, seek positive energy and invoke every possible deity to have their applications move forward. Elsewhere, people apply, sit back and relax and in a few months get their citizenship!
