I still have only 3 months left from the 12 months application time for my citizenship applicant. I have not even got a test invitation yet. I am at Mississauga. Any advice what should I do? Thanks

Yes, you should wait .... I have only 2 months left and still no test invite

If I were you guys I will do a webform inquiry they will say you are within the 12 months processing time but they will have to send an inquiry to your local office.

Tell them you know it’s 3 months away from 12 months mark but the last update you had was over 6 months with no test invite or information on your application. I also tell them I feel like they forget about my application and any information would be helpful.Plus anything else you want to tell them.

I did exactly the same a couple of weeks ago , got the same generic answer

Thanks very much for your help. I just did that . I have other question, does the webform differs from calling help center. Because I called the help center two months ago and they told me that my application is in Mississauga office but without any further information. What do I mean by that, when I submit the webform , people who will reply have more access about my file and can put a note for example or call the IRCC office in Mississauga and get further details about my application status. Your help will be always appreciated.
