Please is that a new update to the platform ?and any advise on what to do?

I am currently uploading my document to submit my express entry application but for some days now,I noticed the separate section to upload LOE is not showing on the platform again.

Use a different browser, clear cache, try logging out and back in.
 
Thank you.I will try the other two steps.changed browser initially but it didn't work.
Yes I've experience that myself. As if they did an update on the interface while I was working on it :D
Log in/log out worked for me every time.

You need to log off and login few times. It will work
