Missing RFV

Hi folks. Per GCMS notes my RFV was sent out in Nov but i have not received the letter. I reached out to CIC via web inquiry on 12/20 to resend the RFV and haven't got any response yet (other than operations center telling me that they have forwarded my inquiry onto the responsible visa office). What is a reasonable expectation for receiving a response from the visa office?

I am inland applicant. So i can't go visit embassy/consulate in person.

Hi. I am facing the same issue. Did they resend the email back? If yes, how long did it take to resend it?
