Hi guys, I got an email from the IRCC that states they return my application because it was incomplete. I attached the ECA but unfortunately they also need my diploma which i didn't attached. My online application was retained and it states that i need to update to continue submitting it. But the email says it was return? What is the right thing to do. Hoping for answers as i am new here in canada.
