So guys, I received my oinp invitation last week and planning to move forward with the application. While collecting and building the documentation, I realized I wont be able to provide reference letter for one of my job. I have 5+ years of experience with 5 companies, and I am able to get reference letters from all my employers except one. I won't be able to get the reference letter from that company but I do have pay checks/hiring letter etc. I worked at that company for 6 months only. Will it be a problem if I can't provide the reference letter for that job? This job was back in 2014! Kindly help please

You should be okay if you have reference letters for other jobs, for the one you don't have, you can add other proofs like job offer, salary slips, relieving letter etc or a letter from a colleague who can attest that you worked there. If you take a letter from a colleague, then do put his business card details for contact.
