Hey guys, I called IRCC today and the agent said my PR portal1 email was sent like 20 days ago when my app status was changed to DM. Unfortunately, I kept checking my mailbox but didn't receive anything from IRCC...
The agent then said he put a note on my app and someone will review and resend the email. I just want to know how long in general it takes to resend the portal emial. Anyone has similar experience??
