Because it is missing a required document, your application will not be processed, be considered incomplete and will be sent back to you for correction. When you receive it back, you can then include the required missing documents and correct any other issues they would identify to you before you remit it back to them. If you don't correct an issue they identified the first time, there's a high chance that your application will be rejected and you would have to start from scratch.
You will not be able to contact them about your application until it has been accepted for processing and you have received your Acknowledgment Of Receipt (AOR) and accompanying Unique Client Identifier (UCI) number.
