Missing age of family members

Hi there,

We are applying for my in laws and on the Family Information IMM5707E form they asked to give the age of my father-in-law's father which my Father-in-law doesn't remember and they is no record of. It is unknown to everyone.

What should I put on the form and should I also explain it to them that it has been a long ago and no one use to keep record of their age. We have his death certificate though.
