I am asking on someone's behalf.
"I failed my citizenship test first time, then I was I invited to appear in the test second time (but I didn't realize I had gotten the email already and missed it. Will IRCC reschedule the test. I did write to them and mentioned that I missed the email, haven't anything yet. It's been a couple days. Has anyone been in this situation?"
