Missed picking up registered mail from Canadian immigration - what to do?

Hello,
We were away in December and our post office sent notifications for registered letter pickup. By the time we were back from vacation and we went into the Post Office, they said they returned to sender. My husband (who I am sponsoring) also received a registered letter and it was decision made: he is approved at PRC.
I assume the registered letter addressed to me (which was returned to sender from my post office) is the letter from immigration to me as sponsor. How do I contact them to get the registered letter resent to me?

Yes you can contact CIC via this number... You may also contact the Call Centre, toll-free, at 1-888-242-2100.

There's no way that I know of to call them from outside Canada (and the call centre has no information about cases processed outside Canada anyway). You'll need to send a case specific enquiry or an email. A link to the correct case specific enquiry form can be found on the visa office's information page, which in turn can be found here.
