I have not received the first request for biometrics scanning and medical examination until I called the immigration center. The immigration agent, then resent the email, that's the only time I knew that they already sent a request.

I am hoping for an extension for the validity of my appointment letters for biometrics scanning (March 14, 2025) and for medical examination (March 17, 2025). I have already paid my fees for the biometrics scanning upon knowing that it has already arrived. Please give me some advice on what to do. I've already sent a webform on their website but its been days but no replies

sounds frustrating to miss those appointment letters without knowing they were sent. Since you’ve already contacted the immigration center and sent a webform, you’ve done the right first steps. Sometimes their response times can be slow, but keep checking regularly. It might help to follow up politely on the webform after a week if you don’t hear back. Also, try calling the center again to explain your situation clearly and ask if there’s any way to extend your appointments given the circumstances. Keep all your payment receipts and correspondence ready. Staying persistent and organized is key here.
