(1) I have not included my wife's BS degree in EE profile since we do not have her ECA and do not want to claim points for that either. Is it considered misrepresentation? We just do not want to deal with proving her studies after ITA since it will take time and money. Besides, I think we are ok with our current score 379 which will bump up to 459 after my ECA arrives.
(2) I have stated that I do not have a job offer since the one I had I started working already on April 1st under LMIA-exempt category. So, It will not give me any points. However, now I only qualify for CEC and not for FSW. Before, I used to qualify for both when I stated that I had a job offer with no LMIA and for one year. I would prefer to be invited to CEC, which would involve less paper work. Is this misrepresentation?
