Now we both are in Canada in work permit . I will be applying for my PR soon.
can i now include my sister name and have a letter of explanation when applying for pr? Please give me advice. Thank you

The fact that you both didn’t declare each is very unusual and would be considered misrepresentation for both of you. Not sure why people risk their future in Canada by not including things like correct family information. You both need to consult a lawyer about how to best approach this situation.

You need to hire an immigration lawyer.

Definitely agree with the advice to consult a lawyer before doing anything. One thing worth noting though — there's an important difference between intentional misrepresentation and an honest omission. IRCC does consider intent when reviewing these cases. The fact that you're voluntarily disclosing it now rather than IRCC discovering it works in your favor. When you do speak to a lawyer, ask them specifically about how to structure the Letter of Explanation to show this was an oversight, not an attempt to hide the relationship. Make sure both you and your sister coordinate on this so your applications tell the same consistent story. Don't rush the PR application until the lawyer has reviewed both of your files.
